Experience, strategy and professional support in family cases in Argentina and with an international component.

I am a lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), Faculty of Law and Political Science, with bilingual training and a professional career focused on Family Law and Private International Law, especially in family conflicts with an international component.

I have a National Bilingual Baccalaureate degree from St. Catherine's School, an IGCSE certificate (University of Cambridge) and a French language certificate (Alliance Française).

Throughout my career, I served as Legal Advisor in the Directorate of International Legal Assistance at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, where I was a member of the Argentine Central Authority on international child abduction cases and coordinated the international abduction team. I also worked in the area of international civil legal cooperation, handling complex cases requiring interjurisdictional coordination.

I worked in the Public Guardianship Office of the Judicial Branch of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, intervening in situations of special sensitivity related to the protection of the rights of children and adolescents.

I represented the Republic of Argentina at seminars and conferences both locally and internationally, including meetings in The Hague (2002 and 2017) and Brazil (2013). In 2018, I was selected to participate in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in the United States, within the framework of the “International Child Parental Abduction” program, which focuses on international cooperation and the specialized handling of parental abduction cases.

In the academic sphere, I am co-author of the book “International Child Abduction: A Practical Perspective” (Advocatus Publishing, 2016), the book “International Child Abduction and Cross-Border Communication Regime: Practical Aspects from a National and International Perspective” (Contexto Publishing, 2023), and the publication “International Child Abduction: International Visitation or Contact Regime” (Diario Comercio y Justicia, 2020). I also participated in the drafting team for the bill on procedures for the international abduction of children and adolescents, contributing a practical perspective based on experience and technical work in the field.
